Refund policy



We inspect all garments and do our best to ensure they are in the best condition, however we understand things may happen in sizing or manufacturing.

Please contact us prior to purchasing for any sizing details. 

If you have received an item in faulty condition please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. From there we will arrange a return process.

What defines as faulty?

  • Manufacturing faults.
  • Items that have been wrongly described.
  • Items that do not do what they are supposed to (i.e., zip correctly, etc). 
  • Items that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

If your order simply does not suit you, please submit a Return Request within five (5) days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, or deodorant.

Faye La Vie has the right to deny a refund of any items that appear to fail any of the above conditions.

Under no circumstances will Faye La Vie accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner.  



RETURN PROCESS

To submit a Return Request, please complete the steps below. 

  1. Email fayelavieco@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Name and Order Number
        • Order Numbers are a 4 digit number which is found on your customer account or packing slip
    • Reason for Return Request
        • i.e., Too small, Too large, Does not suit me, Does not reflect image online, etc. 
    • FOR FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED: A photo of any damaged or incorrect item(s) received (along with a short description of damage)
  2. You will receive an email notifying you whether your Return Request has been approved within 2-3 business days of submitting the Return Request. If your Return Request has been approved, you will be provided with the return shipping information.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address included in the email approving your Return Request.
  4.  Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the email approving your Return Request. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). **This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new items. This does not apply to faulty items received.
