STOCK AVAILABILITY
Faye La Vie does our best ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, in rare occasions an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the item or your entire order.
SHIPPING DETAILS + ORDER CANCELLATION
Prior to placing your order, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: street numbers, building or apartment numbers, company’s, abbreviations, etc. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We do our best to dispatch orders as soon as they are placed, if you wish to have your order canceled please contact us immediately! We understand things happen.
If your package is returned to sender for any reason, the package will be treated as a return and you will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
PROMOTIONS + OFFERS
All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any conditions specified upon entering the relevant code at checkout:
- Promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer.
- Only one discount code may be used per order. No combining.
- Faye La Vie takes no responsibility for coupons that were not applied during the checkout process and they cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Faye La Vie takes no responsibility for promotions that is posted minutes, hours or days after an order is placed. There will be no price matches or refunds for promotion differences.
- Faye La Vie reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
